Our lots offer primitive camping with no electricity or water, but don't worry, there's a Walmart and plenty of restaurants nearby for your convenience. DETAILS ABOUT THE RENTAL

SPACING & PRICE

  • 7 acre lot, 100 lots available. Each lot will be 20x40 - to put your tent & park your vehicle. (1 tent & 1 vehicle per spot)


  • Each reservation is for Saturday April 6th, 3pm to Monday April 8, 5pm. 


  • $400.00 for all 3 days - Price is the same even if you don't stay the whole duration.


  • All fees are due at time of booking.


  • Check-in: All Occupants must register with the Campground Check In Booth to receive a camping spot.


  • Call for availability for Camper. Prices may vary.

AREA OF THE LOT

  • Unobstructed by trees and on an open field, perfect for watching and experiencing the eclipse right from your campsite.


  • Our location is in the direct path of totality predicted to last 4 minutes and 12 seconds. 


  • Primitive camping. No electricity or water will be available at the individual campsite.


  • Restrooms (Porta Potties) and Trash Bins located throughout the campsite.

STORES & RESTAURANTS

  • Several restaurants and gas stations within ½  mile. Walmart within 2 miles.


  • Located next to the Arkansas River Bridge.

Liability & Property Damage

A-1 Russellville Eclipse Camping or A-1 Fireworks will not be responsible for loss or damage to property caused by theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature.

Indemnification: Campers indemnify and hold harmless A-1 Russellville Eclipse Camping or A-1 Fireworks, its Officers, and Employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property.

All Campers expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.

Any camper that willfully or neglectfully destroys or harms campground property or equipment will be held liable for said property repair or replacement.

IMPORTANT DETAILS


There will be no refunds for any reason.

Including no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures regardless of circumstances. No exceptions to this policy including illness, family emergencies, or inclement weather. This is an astronomical event that will happen regardless of weather or other circumstances, so rescheduling is impossible.

For each member of your camp will be required for admittance.

Campground Rules

  • Rules can be changed or amended at any time by A-1


  • List of rules will be posted in public areas of the site.


  • Any guest found in violation of these rules may be asked to leave without any refund.


  • Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite.


  • All tents, vehicles and personal belongings must fully fit within your designated camping site.


  • Vehicle speed limited to 5mph throughout the campground for pedestrian safety.


  • Anyone driving recklessly will be asked to leave. No refund.


  • No open campfires allowed.


  • Self contained BBQ grills using propane or small charcoal grills are allowed.



  • Campsites must be kept clean and tidy.
  • Trash Bins will be located throughout the campground.


  • No glass beverage containers of any kind permitted.


  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.


  • We ask that bright lights be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.


  • Drones are prohibited within and above the campground.


  • Pets are allowed in the campground. Must be kept on a leash and waste must be picked up.


  • Respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites.


  • There will be designated walking and driving paths throughout the campground.



  • No person will disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, or display/ discharge a firearm or other weapon. (No open Carry)
